Brigid Perakis is an HR consultant with over 30 years' experience in human resources. Her career has included working in various industries and functions. Brigid's career began in high technology in employee relations and recruiting. Since that time, she has also been the lead for HR in financial services, social services, non-profit, and charter public schools. She began her consulting business in 2021 following her retirement after 10 years as the Director of Human Resources with the Rocklin Academy Family of Schools charter public schools. In addition to her responsibilities in overseeing all aspects of human resources, her positions have also included operations, including the back office operations, facilities and IT.
