On Friday, November 6, the State Board of Education (SBE) acted on the AB 1505 charter renewal process, adopting a short list of “verified data” sources and related criteria that will govern what data authorizers must consider in charter renewals. For many charter schools, these verified data sources may be a matter of life or death.
