Charter Currents: Legislature Ends Session with Flurry of Bills, Obscenities, and Insults

Sacramento, CA—The Legislature ended its biennial session with a bang after midnight early Tuesday morning, approving a flurry of controversial bills, an education budget trailer clean-up bill, and rejecting many other measures, all while embroiled in heated conflict replete with shouting and obscenities.

Budget Trailer Clean-Up Hews Closely to Prior Version
