State law requires that "designated persons" at California charter schools file this annual disclosure. This webinar helps you get ready for the April 1 filing deadline.
The Form 700 Webinar is primarily intended for the following audiences:
"Designated Persons": Per the Public Records Act and your school’s Conflict of Interest Code, if you are named as a “designated person,” you will need to complete this annual report and ensure that it is on file with your school.
Any key decision-maker: Generally speaking, we would advise that anyone who makes decisions on spending state dollars (e.g. Governing Board, Executive Director, etc.) to view this webinar as they must complete the Form 700.
This webinar will be hosted via the Zoom webconferencing platform on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Please note that registration is required to obtain access to the live webinar. We would encourage reviewing Zoom's tech specs and doing a quick Zoom test prior to the live webinar.
