The Director of Payroll is primarily responsible for creating a dynamic and robust payroll/HR service division within Charter Impact. Our clients endure a variety of compliance issues and human relations regulations on a regular basis and need an expert team to support them in navigating these areas. The Director will draw upon his/her extensive experience and technical knowledge to create and grow the client-facing Payroll and HR team into a full management service line. In addition to staying current with employment laws and trends, the Director will also ensure high quality payroll service by utilizing available technology, providing accurate and efficient processes for our clients and staff.
