Under AB 1505 authorizers may only deny charter renewal of Dashboard Alternative Status Schools if it finds that “closure is in the best interest of pupils.” The law provides no particular standards for this determination. This webinar will bring together panelists from DASS schools to present possible approaches for making the case that renewal is in the best interest of pupils.
