and review of school policies

program assistance and training, including:
- Standards
development and alignment of school to state standards

assessment development and review

of standards, curriculum, and assessment

with fiscal and operational issues, including:

and negotiation of an annual fiscal and operational agreement
(a.k.a. “Memorandum of Understanding, or M.O.U.”)
